TO PURCHASE A MAMA COUPON, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES:

1. Go to www.muffins.org and click on MAMA on the right hand column to view the current list of Veterinarians that accept the MAMA Coupon.  Please check back weekly for new Veterinarians that have been added.
2. Contact the Veterinarian to book your appointment and mention that you will be using a MAMA Coupon.
3. Call Jude at (718) 833-7988 to purchase a MAMA Coupon.
4. Cats must be brought to the Veterinarian in a Covered Trap only – no cages, no carriers.
