RAOUL was discovered by chance in the filthy basement wash room of a Brooklyn Deli. The person who stumbled onto Raoul chained up next to empty tins of food and an overflowing litter box instinctively broke the chain and hid Raoul under his coat and carried him off. Raoul has a few behavioral quirks due to his history of abuse but through URBAN CAT LEAGUE he found an understanding home where he can be himself. A long-time favorite of ours, Raoul passed away in 2005.
